Employee training is crucial for organizational development and success. It is fruitful to both employers and employees of an organization. An employee will become more efficient and productive if he is trained well. Training is the process of enhancing the skills, knowledge and attitude of employees for doing a particular job. Training is expensive, without training it is more expensive.

It's not enough to train the workforce; you also have to train the trainer. In order to ensure the effectiveness of training delivery, train the trainers is most important. This training of trainer course will give trainers the practical knowledge and skills of: importance of Employee Training and Development; how to analyze training needs, how to plan a lesson, to design a slide presentation, and teaching techniques.

By attending a Train the Trainer course, a learner will develop an understanding of the skills, knowledge, and training management requirements, to deliver a fully inclusive professional training session to improve employee's capacities to achieve the organization's goals and success.

Training Fee

  • USD 220 per participant per two-day training course.
  • USD 200 per participant for organization sending 3-5 participants to the course.
  • USD 180 per participant for organization sending 6 participants up to the course.

This fee includes training materials, refreshments, lunch and certificate.

Payment Condition: There is no charge for any cancellation which is made by the deadline of the registration. Cancellation after deadline of the registration and participants appearing without proper cancellation will be charged the full amount.

Methodology

The training methodology will be focused on experience based and participatory approaches including brainstorming, group discussion with presentation, sharing hand-on experience, training game and participants' problem raised during training workshop.

Trainers

Mr. THONG Chandara, Adviser of ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS

Born December 25, 1960. Mr. THONG Chandara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the Faculty of Advanced Education in Thailand. From 1994 onwards, he attended numerous courses on Microfinance and SMEs in Cambodia and overseas including the USA, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Myanmar, and Laos. In 1999, he completed an executive course on Financial Institutions for Private Enterprise Development (FIPED) at Harvard University, USA.

Starting in 1994, he worked with ACLEDA NGO as a Small Enterprise Promotion Officer and a Credit Officer. In 1995 he was promoted to Deputy Provincial Branch Manager at the ACLEDA Battambang Branch. In 1997, he was Provincial Branch Manager at the ACLEDA Kampong Thom Branch. In 2001, he was Head of the Human Resource Unit at ACLEDA Bank Headquarters. In 2002, he was a Head of the Training Unit and in 2006 he was promoted to Vice President & Head of the Training Department. From 2009 to 2011 he held the position as Senior Vice President & Head of Training Division. He was an adviser to the ACLEDA Training Center from 2011 to 2015. He has been an adviser of the ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS (AIB) since January 2016.

Mr. MEN Sophal, Adviser of ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS

Born January 1, 1958. Mr. MEN Sophal obtained a course completion certificate in MASTER TRAINING in 1989, a certificate of Pedagogy in 1990 from the Teacher Training Center in Thailand, a certificate in Training of Trainers in 2006 from the Australian Centre for Education, a certificate in Training of Trainers in 2011 from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, and most recently a certificate in Curriculum Design and Development Training Program in 2011 from the Robenny School of Business. He has attended numerous courses on Microfinance and SMEs in Cambodia and overseas including in Thailand, China, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Italy.

He started working with ACLEDA in 1993 as a Small Enterprise Promotion Officer and Trainer. In 1994 he became a Technical Support Team / Medium Scale Enterprise Specialist. In 1998 he was promoted to become the Manager of the ACLEDA Training Center. He was appointed Deputy Manager of the Credit Department in 2000. From 2001 he held various management-related positions. In 2009 he was appointed as Head of the Academic Department and subsequently became Deputy Head of the Training Division in 2011. Since 2013 he has been Vice President & Head of the Academic Department. He was an adviser to the ACLEDA Training Center from 2014 to 2015. Since January 2016 he has been an adviser to the ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS.

Mr. RATH Rattanak, Senior Faculty, Specialized in Marketing at ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS

Mr. RATH Rattanak has deep Training experience as a trainer at ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS for over 7 years. He used to be a Chief of Marketing Officer, Sub-branch Manager (District Team Leader) for 1 year and was promoted to Provincial Branch Manager for 3 years. His successful career has specialized in the field of management and business communication skills over 11 years. He has been elected as a senior faculty of ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS (AIB) specialising in Marketing since 2010. In his specialty, he has conducted many training programs such as Training of Trainer, Presentation Skills, and many courses to both national and international MFIs and Banks. He is an experienced trainer certified by Frankfurt School (FS) and Women's World Banking (WWB), ROBENNY-School of Business, National Institute of Education (NIE) and he is very good at transferring his knowledge and skills to fulfil the participants' expectation.

Mr. RATH Rattanak has attended many professional courses locally and internationally such as Germany, Hong Kong, China, Vietnam related to Training of Trainers, Professional Development Skills, Professional Consulting Skills, Microfinance Management Development, Certified Microfinance Expert, etc. He obtained a Master's Degree of Business Administration (MBA) majoring in general management at Royal University of Law and Economic (RULE).

Mr. HANG Sophalline, Senior Faculty, Specialized in Finance and Accounting at ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS

He obtained a Master's Degree of Business Administration (MBA) major in Management from National University of Management, Cambodia in 2006. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Accounting (BBA) at National Institute of Management in 2001. He has attended numerous short courses on finance and banking, training of trainer, management and leadership which were organized by ACLEDA Bank Plc. Currently, he obtained the certificate of pedagogy and methodology training course for general education from National Institute of Education (NIE) and he is very good at transferring his knowledge and skills to fulfill the participants' expectation.

He started working for ACLEDA Bank Plc. as a credit officer in 2001 and was promoted as Assistant Vice President and Manager of Accountant branch in 2002.Then he moved to work at Headquarter as an Assistant Vice President and Manager of Budgeting and Control Unit at Finance Division, ACLEDA Bank Plc. in 2011. He has been assigned as member of the ACLEDA Bank's trainer team and delivered many training courses on budget and controlling, evaluation performance ratio, budget plan preparation process in excel, Development Learning Skill, Self-Motivation, Outstanding employee, Coaching, Mentoring and Counseling Skills, Training System (TOT), since 2011. He currently holds a position as a Senior Faculty, specialized in finance and accounting at ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS.
