Nowadays financial institutions take an important role to stimulate the economic growth of Cambodia through providing people with variety of financial services of which credit is the core product, of financial institution, that generates large revenue to support and to grow the operation efficiently. In addition, credit is the main part of financial institution's assets (loan asset) that is required to manage effectively. The healthy loan asset guarantees the sustainable development of the institution.

Training Fee

  • USD 170 per participant per training course.
  • USD 160 per participant for organization sending 3-5 participants to the course.
  • USD 150 per participant for organization sending 6 participants up to the course.

This fee includes training materials, refreshments, lunch and certificate.

Payment Condition: There is no charge for any cancellation which is made by the deadline of the registration. Cancellation after deadline of the registration and participants appearing without proper cancellation will be charged the full amount.

Methodology

The training methodology will be focused on experience based and participatory approaches including brainstorming, group discussion with presentation, group work, sharing hand-on experience, training game, and participants' problem raised during training workshop.

Trainers

Mr. ANN Chantha, Senior Faculty of ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS

Born in 1964, he obtained a Master's Degree of Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Finance from National University of Management, Cambodia in 2011. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) majoring in Business Management from University of Management and Economic, in 2004. Since 1993, he has attended numerous courses on Banking Management, Leadership, Credit Management, and Marketing Management both in Cambodia and overseas. He has worked for ACLEDA Bank Plc as a Credit Office in 1993 and then was promoted as a District Team Leader in 1998. From 2006 to 2014, he had been promoted to work as a Branch Manager for 8 years. He has been assigned as a member of trainer pool of ACLEDA Bank Plc., since 2006 and responsible for delivering training courses on Successful Branch Management, Management and Leadership skill, Credit Management, Loan recovery, Delinquency Management, MSME Lending, Work flow of Credit Officer, Loan Evaluation, Credit Risk Management, Bank Risk Management. At present time, he holds a position as Senior Faculty Specialized in Credit at ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS.

Mr. TAUCH Ngam Youra, Senior Faculty of ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS

Mr. Tauch Ngam Youra has started his career with ACLEDA Bank since 1998. He was one of the expert team to establish and expand ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd, Lao PDR, successfully in the position of Vientiane Branch Manager and as the representative member of branch managers of the Board Credit & Risk Committee. In his function responsibilities, he led and managed credit operations, and built up knowledge, skills, and attitude of chief and credit officers to provide and maintain both quantity and quality of loan portfolio increasingly and healthily. In addition, from 1998 to July, 2016, he had extensive experience in credit field closely dealing with credit operations such as credit officer, internal auditor, district team leader, branch manager, and head of public relations department to promote and cooperatively organize many MF training programs for other organizations and the public locally and internationally. Before ACLEDA Bank, from 1982 to 1997, he used to be an official of Banteay Meanchey Provincial Branch of the National Bank of Cambodia. At present, he is a Senior Faculty, credit specialist, of ACLEDA Institute of Business. He received a Master's Degree in Public Administration (MPA) in 2009, from the Chamroeun University of Poly-technology (CUP), Phnom Penh, majoring in Humanities and Political Science. He also has undertaken 2 study tours to Bank RAKYAT (BRI) in Indonesia, and attended training courses on MFI Management and ToT with the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, in Germany and the Boulder Institute of Microfinance ITC-ILO, in Turin, Italy.
