Head of Personnel & Administration Office

Born in 1981, he obtained a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) major in General Management from Build Bright University (BBU), Cambodia in 2009. He gained Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Bright University (BBU) in 2007 and also obtained High Diploma in Planning and Statistics specialized in Economics Statistics from Planning and Statistics Training Center in 2002.

He started working for ACLEDA Bank Plc. in Headquarters as an Administrator in 2003 and was promoted as an AVP & Assistant Manager of Logistic Unit in 2007. And in 2008, he was promoted as an AVP & Manager of Security Unit and changed his position to AVP & Manager of Customer Service Assistant Unit and also AVP & Manager of Logistic Unit.

In 2013, he changed to another position as AVP & Manager of Procurement Unit. During this year, he was also promoted as Procurement Senior Specialist. He became a SAVP & Assistant Head of Procurement Centre in 2015.

In March, 2018, he moved to work at ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS in position of Assistant Head of Personnel & Administration Office. His current position is Head of Personnel & Administration Office.
