He was born in 1982, holds a Master Degree of Information Technology from SETEC Institute in 2022, holds a Master Degree of Finance and Banking from Build Bright University in 2007 and obtained a Bachelor Degree of Computer Science and Engineering from Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2003. In addition, he attended numerous courses related to Computer Science and Training of Trainer.
He started working for ACLEDA Bank Plc., in 2003 as a Credit Officer and then was promoted to an Internal Audit staff in 2006, Information Technology Staff in 2006, Information Technology Senior Staff in 2012, Assistance Vice President & Assistance Manager of Branch Information Technology from October 2013 until June 2016, Assistance Vice President & Manager of Branch Information Technology from September 2016 until April-2019, Senior End Users Support Specialist in October 2019. Since November 2019, he holds as a Head of Department of Science & Technology at ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS.
