Mr. Nauch Sovicha has obtained a Bachelor degree of Science, Major in Mathematic from the Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2005, a Bachelor of Arts in English from Phnom Penh International University in 2009. He is doing Master Degree in Management since 2019 from Phnom Penh International University. He joined with ACLEDA Bank Plc. Since 2005 as a credit offer, then Account Relationship Officer. Since 2007 to 2015 as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing Branch Manager and join the group of lecturer training branch so far. During his position He join the sales training two time per yearly and attends the course training of trainee with Management of AIB as well.

In 2015, He was changed position to be Assistant Vice President and Assistant Manager of Foreign Corporate in HQ. One year later as Assistant Vice President and Manager of Foreign Corporate. From 2017 to 2018, he changed position to be the Bank Referral Specialist. From 2015 to 2018 He is currently an Assistant Professor at the ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS (AIB). From 2018 to 2020 he was promoted to be Head of Marketing & Relations Office. From 01 January 2020 to 31 December 2022, He is Head Marketing & Relations Office at ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS. From 01 January 2024 to 11 February 2024, He is Head of Career Center AIB.

From 12 February 2024 to present, He is Head of Career Center of AUB.
