Mr. Vong Vanda had graduated Master of Finance from National University of Management. He also had been certified in Information Security Management Systems ISO/IEC 27001 from MAXIMUS International LLC. Currently, he responds in managing BBA & ABA degree in Finance and Banking, and BBA & ABA in Risk management and Insurance.

He has practical experience over 15 years at ACLEDA Bank Plc in Accounting field and then became Manager of Operation Management Unit.
