Mr. Chea Soren is currently a Senior Lecturer who has been teaching Marketing, Management, and Business-related subjects at UNIVERSITY OF BUSINESS (AUB).

He began working for ACLEDA Bank Plc. As a Customer Service Officer at Russei Keo District Office, staff of the Credit Unit and staff of the Leasing Unit at the Headquarters of ACLEAD A Bank Plc, Phnom Penh City, Kingdom of Cambodia in 2004. He was promoted to Marketing Manager at ACLEDA Bank Plc. Branch in 2009.

He changed his working place to ACLEDA UNIVERSITY OF BUSINESS (AUB) as a lecturer in 2018.
